Circus Ruffle Sets!

Dress is made with quality cotton fabric fully fraychecked, bodice lined and bubble skirt part with elastic at the hem. Embelished with four tiny gold beads in the front, close at the back with a button and strap.
Collar is detachable and close with a snap.
Lace belt is tied at the back with a ribbon.
